Thank you for choosing PureLabs RX. We strive to provide you with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. Our return policy is designed to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience for our valued customers. Please read the following guidelines carefully:
General Return Policy:
You can cancel your subscription anytime to prevent further charges for future billing periods. However, due to the nature of the medication, any monthly fees you have already paid cannot be refunded. We're here to assist you with any queries or concerns.Please note, we do not require a long-term contract. We provide a month-to-month service.
Eligibility Period: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase for orders that meet certain guidelines below.
Condition of Item: Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original unopened shipment packaging. If the mailer is opened, the order is ineligible for return unless the item was destroyed, or the wrong item was sent.
Refund Process: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-15 business days after we receive the returned item. Immediate returns to PayPal or Zelle are available for a small transaction fee.
Incorrect Order Fulfillment:
If we deliver the incorrect items due to our error, we will offer a 100% refund of the purchase price & a reship that will be shipped within 5 business days. Clear and unobstructed pictures and videos must be sent to Admin@purelabsrx.com within 24 hours of the order being shown as delivered. If the pictures, received within 24 hours, clearly exhibit a product that does not match your order this refund will be dispersed to you.
Return Shipping:
Shipping Labels: We will provide and pay for the return shipping labels.
Shipping Instructions: Detailed instructions will be provided with the shipping label.
Broken or Damaged Orders:
If an order arrives broken, we will provide a full 100% refund if the claim is sent to us same day of delivery before 7 PM CST. Photo proof of the unusable/destroyed product is required for us to dispatch a refund. These photos must be taken immediately upon opening. Any photos of the product damaged once removed from the original shipping package will not be accepted as proof of damage.
Partially Opened Items
Due to our rigorous quality control standards and the fragile nature of our products we do not accept any returns nor provide any refunds for partially opened products. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AT OUR OWN DISCRETION Once the original shipment packaging is opened we will not accept any returns. Refunds for partially opened items will only be dispersed if the order was incorrectly filled or there is damage to the product upon the opening of your package (See the above sections for more information on this).
